Connect with other medical/special needs parents during this free, two-part book club facilitated by Michelle Rembert.
As a group we will talk about how we can:
- Explore the unique inner strength of resilience.
- Use simple science-based strategies and techniques to grow stronger and thrive.
- Cultivate positive connections for support, encouragement, and reassurance.
The book Everyday Resilience by Gail Gazelle, MD, and a workbook will be provided at no cost to all registered attendees.
