  • Coordinate with partners to receive discounts, group rates, or complimentary tickets for events.

Fundraising Committee

  • Maintain donor list
  • Establish donor tier structure with benefits including recognition.
  • Coordinate contacts during fundraising drives to ensure there is no duplication
  • Maintain donation request template(s)
  • Coordinate an annual crowd funding drive
  • Partner with event committee to create annual event.
  • Obtain items from local businesses to be used in fundraising or gift bags
  • Maintain donor relationships – send thank you notes and tax receipts.
  • Create apparel designs for sale on website (drop shipment service).
